Documents required:

• Photocopy of mark sheets of all eight semesters (including back)
• Photocopy of registration card
• Form
• Payment slip of Rs. 550

Form

First of all, you have to get a form from सोधपुछ कक्ष. Ask for Transcript form. You need this form for payment in bank along with deposit slip.

You can fill the form before or after the payment. It is recommended to fill it before.

Note: They won't take your money unless you have this form to get stamped in.

Payment Slip

Go to the extension counter of Global IME Bank.

You now have to ask for deposit slip from the window nearby and fill it.

For transcript its Rs. 550 (its written in the form)

Take the deposit slip with the form and pay Rs. 550. It will get your form stamped.
